There are many myths in the case of acupuncture. Some of this is true; other silly and the rest have only half the truth. As you read, you will learn which ought to believe.
The first myth is that acupuncture is painful. This is not true because the people who have tried this they claimed only a small bite while the other does not feel anything. There is no damage to the network when the needle is inserted into the skin or revoked, and only in very rare cases that there are traces of bruising.
The second myth is that you can get hepatitis or AIDS from acupuncture. This is true only if the needles used are not sterilized. In the United States, this will never happen because acupuncturists are required to use a needle once, so you’re not at risk from both diseases.
