Impulses of electromagnetic energy is used because our bodies produce a small electrical discharges that affect function, growth and maturity are different types of cells. Acupuncture, but not risk-free. Hematoma can develop if the needle punctures a circulatory structure. It is also possible that pneumothorax may occur if the needle is inserted too deep. There is also the risk of HIV and hepatitis if not properly sterilized needles.

Now that you know what is acupuncture, you should not forget that the only true alternative and not a form of medical care. This means you still need to be examined by a medical professional in the field can determine the severity of your illness or disease.
